Once the tool is setup, you can open search & open the Role Update Plugin:
After opening the tool and connecting ton an organization, select one or multiple roles you wish to update:
Following this action, you’ll be able to select which privileges you want to give or remove from selected Roles.
Note that you can select as many privileges as you want by using the CTRL and SHIFT keys.
After selecting the privileges, you may select which level to apply to the selected Roles.
The levels are the same you will find in the native role editor in your Dynamics CRM instance, and as soon as you click on it the privilege appears on the right.
After selecting the privileges, you can click on Next to apply them to the roles you selected during the previous step.
In this example we will be giving the Account Managers the option to Read and Write on their Own Mailboxes.
Tip: Giving Read & Write options to Mailboxes is required to Enable the Sync of Contacts/Activities/Tasks with Exchange
